All riders and spectators must obey the following
rules or you will be asked to leave the premises.
• All persons entering the property of county line action sports park, regardless of being a rider or spectator, must sign in. If you have to wait for staff to meet you at the sign in gate, you must wait..No exceptions. Anyone who goes beyond the gate without signing in will be trespassing. It does not matter if you are a pro rider, family member, or a volunteer. No exceptions. If you sustain an injury of any severity, you will not only be responsible for your own medical bills, but you will also be responsible for any costs incurred by any owner of county line action sports park for legal fees. Trespassing is a crime punishible by law, as county line is private property.
• If you are caught leaving the facility on your dirtbike, and law emforcement arrives to discuss this with you, you will be asked to leave. There is to be no riding on the road. We have 25 acres for this, and the county has been more than patient with this behavior
• Once again..If you enter the property further than the sign in gate, and do not sign in, you will be recognized as trespassing, and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
• Also.. From this, the first day of july '09, there is to be no riding of any motorized vehicles what so ever.Dirt bikes, quads, pit bikes, golf carts, rtv's ..Etc. All dirt bikes and quads will be pushed to and from the starting gate. You will only be allowed to enter and exit the track from the gate area. There is to be no stopping on the track for any rest or breaks of any kind.
• Any parent,or spectator who is found to be on the track without the
written permission of track personnel, will cause the rider that you are with, to be suspended from and and all practice sessions and races indefinately. No excpetions.
• There have been to many people entering the gate without signing in, and also on the track. There will be no photographers or press allowed on the track at any time without written permission, from lori or roger godin,.
• Anyone caught with illegal drugs, will also be reported to the law enforcement agencies governing the jackson/bay county areas.
• Effective, july 15th.. Minor riders must have releases signed and notarized by both parents. No exceptions.. And those minor riders attending a practice or race event, must have race entry forms signed by both parents. No one under the age of 18 will be allowed on the property without a parent or legal guardian present.
• Minor relese forms will be availble on the track web site within the next week.
• Also.. Any dog brought to the track, will be leashed with no longer than an 8 foot lead. If you are unable to abide by this, we will ask you to leave your pets at home. If you dog is tied to your rv,,vehicle and is able to approach a passer by, and injure that person, you will be responsible for all medical expenses incurred by injured.
• All riders who have filled out releases since 11/30 of 2007 will be asked to renew these forms. They must be filled out completely. All riders, practicing or racing are required to wear either a chest protector or have a jersey with their number on them. Once again.. No exceptions.
• Anyone wishing to utilize the power availble at the track, whether for the day or over night, will be charge accordingly. Anyone caught violating this rule, will be charged the overnight electricity fee of $30.00.
• Until the shower facility is built, anyone wishing to use our private shower will be charge $2.00, And must provide their own products and towels.
• We have been too tolerent for too long, and although we try to look out for the safety and well being of our riders and guests, there have been way to may violations not only of our rules, but of us personally. If you feel these rules are too strict for you to handle..There is nothing we can say.. Rules are rules, and too many have been broken, or overlooked.
